a. To confirm your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required, depending on the nature of the tour and the time of booking.

b. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other secure methods accepted by Hiking Heroes .

c. Full payment must be received by the specified due date or as stated in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Cancellation fees may apply if you decide to cancel your trip. The cancellation fee amount depends on the timing of the cancellation and the suppliers' policies.

b. Hiking Heroes reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

Travel Insurance:

It is mandatory for all travellers to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.

Hiking Heroes is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the trip.

Health and Fitness:

Some tours involve physical activities that may require a certain fitness level. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and can participate in the activities included in the tour.

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements that may affect your ability to participate in the tour.

Travel Documents:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents for the countries you will be visiting, including passports, visas, and any other required permits.

Hiking Heroes is not responsible for any issues or expenses related to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

Changes to Itinerary:

While we adhere to the proposed itinerary, circumstances, such as weather conditions or unforeseen events, may require changes.

Hiking Heroes reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary for the safety and well-being of the travellers.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all travellers to behave responsibly and respectfully toward local communities, wildlife, and fellow travellers.

Any disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal behaviour may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.

Limitation of Liability:

Hiking Heroes is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes:

The laws of Tanzania will govern any disputes arising from the tour, or these Terms & Conditions, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
