Day 1 Arrival in Kilimanjaro

Upon arrival, you will meet timeously at Kilimanjaro Airport with our transfer specialist who will welcome you and then transfer you to your arranged hotel in Arusha. That evening your safari guide will meet you for a safari briefing

Dinner and overnight at Planet Lodge Arusha: Bed and Breakfast.

Day 2 Arusha to Tarangire national park.

After a full breakfast, you will be transferred from your hotel in Arusha and drive directly to Tarangire National park for a full-day game drive. The Tarangire National park is the third-largest national park in Tanzania and is home to a large population of elephants. The park is abundant with ancient giant Baobab trees, also known as the “Tree of Life”, which covers a majority of the landscape of the park. The Tarangire river meanders throughout the park whilst supporting the flora and wildlife of the park.

Day 3 Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we begin our drive to the Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro with a few stops during the journey at interesting scenic points for you to take pictures and get the full experience of your Tanzania Classic tour. The drive from Karatu to Serengeti National Park is approximately 4 hours and we will make provision for your lunch during the journey by providing you with enjoyable lunch boxes to allow us to arrive timeously for afternoon animal sightings in the Serengeti.

Day 4Full-day game drive in Serengeti National park.

Your Tanzania Classic tours -9 days Tanzania photographic tour will start after your breakfast, where you will spend the day observing animals in their natural habitat at different times and in various parts of the Serengeti. Look forward to witnessing large herds of migrating animals, pride of lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and antelopes as well as various species of birdlife and indigenous trees.

Day 5 Full-day game drive in southern Serengeti National park.

Enjoy a full day of animal sightings and capture the wilderness in all its glory as you drive through the Serengeti in search of wildlife. Depending on the time of the year. this 9 Days Tanzania photographic tour will be located in the central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti, or Southern Serengeti. This itinerary is flexible and the accommodation will be booked according to animal migratory movement.

Day 6 Another full-day game drive in southern Serengeti National park.

The visibility After breakfast we embark on our journey to the Northern Serengeti Mara river where you will witness the spectacular migration. The Northern part of Serengeti is covered by shrubs and vegetation that attract various species of herbivores making it easier as compared to the open grassland. Here you can expect to see crocodiles preying on wildebeest.

Day 7 Morning in Serengeti National park. Afternoon drive to Ngorongoro.

Your 9-day Tanzania Classic Tours -Tanzania photographic tour will start with an early breakfast at your lodge or camp before you leave for morning game sightings. At midday, you will enjoy your picnic lunch thereafter you will continue with afternoon animal sightings as you drive to the Ngorongoro crater rim for an overnight stay.

Day 8 Full-day game drive in Ngorongoro Crater.

After early breakfast, you will depart with a picnic lunch and you will visit Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game viewing. Late after the full game drive, you will be driven back to your arranged Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 9 Lake Manyara National park – Arusha.

We visit Lake Manyara for the Wildlife and optional cultural village of Mto wa Mbu. Lake Manyara National Park is located in the Great Rift Valley. The park maintains a green forest that is watered by underground water streams from the Ngorongoro highlands. The highlights of Lake Manyara are the tree-climbing lions. As well as thousands of pink flamingoes, hot springs, elephants, wildebeest, impala, zebra, hippopotamus, and various bird species. Tanzania photographic tour 9 days ends. Then afternoon drive of approximately 2 hours back to your arranged hotel in Arusha. Dependent on your schedule and return flight we will transfer you to the airport on time for your flight back home or to your arranged hotel.
